This site offers quality and unique resources to help students enjoy learning. We love using her resources. She provides resources for Math, Language Arts, Science, Foreign Language and History. She has fun unit studies and lapbooks to help enrich your child’s learning. She offers a lot of freebies so explore her site and enjoy!
4) Vooks- Try their 7 Day Trial
We have a subscription to Vooks and my boys love it! Vooks is an animated storybook your children with love. They have so many books to choose from plus extra activities and resources you can use with each of their animated storybooks. This makes planning for your little ones a breeze.

Get unlimited access to thousands of online art & craft classes. We have a yearly subscription because I have crafty kids. My boys have all enjoyed the art and craft classes they have done. My boys always ask me if they can get on Epic! 🙂
7) All About Learning Press- Free Resources
Grab your free checklist and ebooks about reading and spelling. These are great resources to have on hand. My three boys are using their spelling program this coming year and we are excited about it. My two youngest used their pre-reading program this past year and loved it. They looked forward to doing their reading lessons everyday with Ziggy the Zebra (hand puppet). 😉 I love both their reading and spelling program because its hands-on learning. It caters to all learning styles.
8) THiNK OUTSiDE – Get your kids outside and active
Think Outside is a monthly subscription box full of outdoor gear and resources that will get your kids away from a screen and outside exploring nature! If you have children that LOVE being outdoors and exploring nature this would be a great activity to do as a family once a month.

When I discovered AwesomeSciTV in the beginning of this year…. I was thrilled. It takes your family on an adventure into God’s creation, exploring science from a Biblical worldview which we love! We have enjoyed the shows we have seen so far and it’s worth checking out.
13) SkillTrek- Learn Life-Skills
SkillTrek offers unlimited life-skills lessons for those aged 5 to 18 and older (mom and dad can learn, too). 😉 You can pick which life skill lessons you want your child to learn or you can go by their recommendations. Teaching life-skills is important but it tends to be neglected so I encourage you to add life skill lessons into your daily lives.
14) ABCmouse.com- Try it FREE for 30 Days
Is a full online curriculum for children ages 2-8 and covers the subjects of reading, math, science and social studies.
15) Adventure Academy- Try it FREE for 30 Days
Adventure Academy teaches essential skills in math, language arts, science, social studies, and much more for children ages 8-13. My oldest enjoy playing their educational games and have learned a lot as well.
16) Curiosity Stream- Documentaries on Demand
They have thousands of documentaries that can be a great supplement to your homeschool lessons or just to learn in general.
17) Evan Moor- Teacher File Box
Evan Moor’s Teacher File Box is a goldmine of Pre-K-8th grade activities across subjects. I’ve been using this resource for the last three years. It has been so helpful to have access to all subjects for all of our boys. Try out their 14-day trial no credit card is required and you will see what I’m talking about. You can use it as a supplement to your curriculum or as your main curriculum.
18) Evan Moor- FREE Evan Moor Samples and Activites
Check out their free sample lessons and activities. These free Evan-Moor PDFs provides student activity pages that you can print to use with your students or children. We use some of their books and they are easy to use.
19) Evan Moor- Free Digital (and Printable) Curriculum Planner
Grab your simple and free digital printable curriculum planner.
Also, download their FREE editable and printable bookmakers which will work great for loop scheduling or helping your child stay on track.
20) School House Teachers- Christian, Self-paced, Online Homeschooling Courses with Customizable Curriculum
It’s the curriculum site of The Old Schoolhouse Magazine. They currently offer classes for preschool through high school as well as several courses for parents. Courses vary in length and intensity, from a few weeks to a full year or more. Academic weighting for transcripts of many high school classes is included. I use this site as a supplement for my homeschool but many use it as their full curriculum.
21) Raising Life-Long Learners- Homeschooling Your Gifted and Special Needs Child
A comprehensive digital course, Homeschooling your Differently-Wired Child I Get Started is a perfect recipe to get you on track for the best homeschool year yet. It’s a great course.
22) Techie Homeschool Mom- FREE Endangered Animal Project
In this project tutorial, your child will:
- Learn about endangered animals
- Practice finding and gathering information online
- Learn how to use an online note-taking tool
- Create an online interactive image to share their endangered animal research
I have many online unit studies from Techie Homeschool and my boys have enjoyed using them and we have learned a lot as well. I use these unit studies as a supplement or as an extra fun lesson to do with the boys.

Unit studies can help your student develop into a self-motivated learner, eager to see what the world has to offer. Unit studies are flexible and can be adjusted to fit the child, instead of trying to fit the child into a curriculum. These are great for all ages.
